Pouangchompoo is executive coach and consultant of Lee Hecht Harrison Thailand. Pouangchompoo’s previous experience was in the beauty and pharmaceutical industry. She has 20 years of senior management experience and has held roles including Group Director – Finance, Strategic Planning and Franchise Sales- Avon, Chief Financial Officer – American Cyanamid. Pouangchompoo has served as an authorized company director and company board member.

Pouangchompoo has had extensive experience in various leadership roles working with a diverse and multi-cultural workforce. She has a strong interest in the people issues associated with change and leadership development.
Pouangchompoo has provided coaching and consultant services in talent development, career transition and change management to hundreds of clients in Thailand for 15 years. Pouangchompoo received master degree, major in Accounting at Thammasat University.
