In my role at LHH Thailand, I’ve been instrumental in organizing and executing more than 50 workshops and coaching programs, empowering over 1,000 leaders and professionals across Thailand and the wider APAC region. I partner with HR executives, cross-functional teams, and a global network of facilitators to bring a holistic and agile approach to talent development. From program design and localization to stakeholder engagement and coaching integration, I ensure each initiative aligns with both business priorities and learner needs.
I believe that Learning & Development is about more than just acquiring new skills—it’s about cultivating self-awareness, shifting perspectives, and creating space for people to grow into the best version of themselves. My focus is on designing solutions that drive measurable results and inspire long-term transformation at every level of the organization, creating not just a learning moment but a meaningful journey.
